Is this official DOOMWRIGHT merchandise?
Yes. This is the only official DOOMWRIGHT store, run by DOOMWRIGHT. Every design is original artwork from the project.
How are the products made?
Everything is print-on-demand: each item is printed to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful, once you place your order. Nothing is mass-stocked, which is why each piece is made specifically for you.
How long until my order arrives?
Production usually takes 2–7 business days, and shipping time is added on top depending on your location — typically a few days to a couple of weeks for international orders. You’ll get a tracking link when it ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally. Prices are in USD.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Possibly, depending on your country. Any import duties or customs charges are set by your government and are not included in your order total — they’re the recipient’s responsibility.
Can I return something or exchange a size?
Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or the wrong size being ordered — so please check the size guide before buying. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email contact@doomwright.com within 30 days with photos and we’ll send a free replacement or refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is handled securely through PayPal, which also accepts major credit and debit cards — you don’t need a PayPal account to check out.
I entered the wrong shipping address — help!
Contact us at contact@doomwright.com as fast as possible. If the order hasn’t gone to production yet we may be able to fix it. Once an order ships to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can’t be responsible for it.
Where’s my order / it hasn’t arrived?
Check your tracking link first. If something looks wrong or it’s taking far too long, email contact@doomwright.com and we’ll chase it with the carrier and our fulfilment partner.
Can I use the DOOMWRIGHT artwork myself?
No. All artwork, designs, names, and imagery are the original copyrighted property of DOOMWRIGHT. Buying an item gives you the physical item only — not the right to reproduce or resell the art.
